La Sombra
​is a music video made to carry a message against gender violence. This music video is an essential part of the "Cambia Ya" campaign, carried out for the Puerto Rican community to emphasize making yourself aware of gender violence and thus create more awareness of the issue to decrease this type of behavior. The campaign Cambia Ya organize workshops and provide knowledge about the subject in different communities around the island also they manage the Facebook campaign with images and information regarding the topic. Coffee and Stories, Film
During the past two months I worked on this animation for my graduation project, while I was doing it I discovered some simpler ways of animating that satisfy my artistic need and give me space to focus on colors and movements to make the animation interesting in their own style. 
In the subject I wanted to focus on 'Heros Journey' where the character has a mentor who helps the protagonist in psychological matters. In the 2 minutes of animation the character enters the subconscious world to end his fears and discover that her power is within herself and in her hands to act.
